Use Natural Remedies for getting rid of Dark Circles

Dark circles are a blotch to the natural beauty and anyone who is conscious of their looks understands how difficult it is to carry on a routine life with these dark circles.  These dark circles can be due to allergy, lack of sleep, fatigue, or even stress. The color of the dark circle depends on the color of your skin. These can be dark brown, the deep purple of plain and simple black. It is wise to choose natural remedies for getting rid of these dark circles instead of wasting your money on all those products available in the market. These not only waste your money but can also be harmful to your skin due to the many chemicals present.

  1. Almond Oil:

Massage a little bit of almond oil under your eyes. Leave this on overnight for maximum benefit. Wash this off the next morning. The presence of Vitamin C in almond oil works in making your skin supple and soft.

  1. Aloe Vera Gel:

Use a cotton pad to massage some aloe vera gel under your eyes. You can wipe this off using a soft moist cloth after a gap of 15 to 20 minutes.  Make sure you do this at least two times a day. Aloe Vera ensures good hydration for your skin. This can also reduce the pigmentation under your eyes. Besides the above mentioned, aloe vera can also help in treating tan.

  1. Castor Oil for Dark Circles:

Castor oil is another natural remedy you can safely use for managing your dark circles. This not only softens the skin but also conditions it. Rejuvenation of the skin works well with the use of castor oil.

  1. Argon Oil:

Use your finger and apply a few drops of argon oil under your eyes. Tap this on the skin so that it gets totally absorbed. It is advisable to apply this during the night and leave it on till the next morning. There is no need of washing this off as this oil gets totally absorbed in your skin. The Vitamin E and the antioxidants present in argon oil heal the tissue of the skin and also restores the radiance and natural glow. This can also reduce wrinkles and fine lines.

  1. Use Green Tea Bags:

Make sure you put the green tea bags in the fridge after you have dipped them in water.  This needs to be placed on top of your eyes for around 20 minutes. Wash your face after 20 minutes. You can repeat this every night till you find a difference in the dark circles.

  1. Coconut Oil for Dark Circles:

Pat a little coconut oil under your eyes and gently massage this. This can be repeated every night until you find the required difference.

As mentioned, stress is one of the causes of dark circles. Learn to relax and take up some sort of meditation to help you relax. You can concentrate on a fixed schedule for your sleep. Finally, make sure you are well hydrated. Drink a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. This helps you in maintaining good health and healthy skin.
